It is aimed to ensure the traceability of customer demand, offer and order in the sales process and to monitor the sales process simultaneously.

Although the technological infrastructure forms the basis of the project, the most important factor of a successful ROOP automation application is the accurate and complete determination of customer needs and adaptation and integration in accordance with these needs.

REQUEST MODULE

It is the module where customer requests are created and recorded. In this module, new requests can be created, created requests can be monitored and demand reports can be prepared depending on the criteria determined by the users.

OFFER MODULE

It is the module where the created requests are converted into offers. Pricing related to the request is made and the proposal templates are created in the desired format and the proposal text is created.

ORDER MODULE

It is the module in which the offers approved by the customer are converted into orders and approved depending on the offer. The status of the orders and all header information can be tracked on the order tracking screen. If desired, the approved order can be transferred to the commercial program.

COMPANIES MODULE

All currents in the commercial program used can be transferred to the program. A new client that is not in the commercial program can be created. Information changes and updates can be made about the current clients.

PRODUCTS MODULE

All products in the commercial program used can be transferred to the program. A product that is not in the commercial program can be created. More than one price list can be created for the products.

USERS MODULE

The program is the module where users and user rights are defined. E-mail groups and user groups can be created.


PARAMETERS MODULE

It is the module where the parameters related to company, product, demand, offer, order and transfer to the commercial program are defined.
